From 1992 to present the Azalea Festival Air Show, which has evolved into the Coastal Carolina Air Show has seen many changes, more death defining acts, faster, louder jet teams, crazy flying lawn mowers, semi trucks that can out run Lear jets, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the 2 major sponsors that have stood behind the show through out the years; General Electric and Jackson Beverage Co. (Budweiser). Many other sponsors have taken the opportunity to reap the benefits from such a large diverse crowd that the Air Show brings in; the list includes but is not limited to:

A majority of the show dates over the years have been based around the North Carolina Azalea Festival due to the climate at that time of the year. The Coastal Carolina Air Show has become a biannual event with the attendance increasing with each show. The last two shows have seen an 8,000 to 10,000 crowd increase, bringing the total attendance to 55,000 per show.

The Coastal Carolina Air Show gives back to the community by offering the opportunity to non-profit organizations to volunteer in various aspects of the show, and in turn the organizations receive a percentage of the proceeds generated. On average the show requires approximately 1100 volunteers.

The Air Show is scheduled for April 15^th, 16^th & 17^th 2011, at the Wilmington International Airport.

Sponsor Packages Available

$12,500 Major Sponsor:

· 20’ X 30’ Chalet on flight line (with 8 tables and 72 chairs in a 50’ X 50’ fenced area – Sponsor will be responsible for all food, beverage and table top decorations).

· 200 General Admission Tickets good for either day.

· 8 Tickets to the VIP Area and 4 VIP parking passes for Saturday AND Sunday. (Totaling 16 tickets and 8 parking passes).

· 8 Tickets to Sponsor Party on Friday Night.

· 1 Table seating 6 in the Gold Area for Saturday AND Sunday. (Total of 12 seats).

· Your Company’s Logo on all printed material and TV commercials and mentions on radio ads in rotation with other Major Sponsors. (Totaling more than 1,000,000 hits.)

· 10’ X 10’ tent located on the field to be used by Your Company for displays or information / sells.

· Your Company’s Banners on the field.

· A ride in a performer’s aircraft for Sponsor or to use as a promotional tool.

$9,500 Sponsor:

· Same as Major Sponsor without the chalet.

VIP Area = It's located in the G5 Hangar with spectacular views and will be serving complementary hot buffet, along with beer, wine, and soft drinks. All Flyers and Performers will be invited!

Gold Area = It's located on the Flight Line in a fenced in area with individual Tables that seat 6 and serve complementary hamburgers & hotdogs, beer, and soft drinks.

(Friday Night Sponsor Party will be an upscale dinner with open bar and music located in the G5 Hanger. All performers will be invited.

Golf carts and portable restrooms may be obtained for a fee. Also additional admission tickets may be purchased at a reduced rate.

P 51 Mustang - $5000 Includes:

· 2 Tickets to Sponsor Party Friday Night

· 2 Tickets to the VIP Tent with a VIP parking pass and Show Admissions Tickets for Saturday AND Sunday

P 47 Thunderbolt - $2000 Includes:

F4U Corsair - $1000 Includes:

· 2 Tickets to the VIP Tent and 2 Show Admission Tickets for Saturday OR Sunday

Gold - $500 Includes:

· 1 Table seating 6 in the Gold Area including 6 Show Admission Tickets for Saturday OR Sunday.

VIP Tent

Located in the G5 Hangar with spectacular views and will be serving complementary hot buffet, along with beer, wine, and soft drinks. All Flyers and Performers will be invited!

Gold Area

Located on the Flight Line in a fenced in area with individual Tables that seat 6 with a table umbrella, and serve complementary snack food (ex. pizza), beer, and soft drinks.
